We had great trip. The host was always available. It had an amazing and incredible setting close enough to North Wales, the estuary and the trains, and a railway line. We stayed for 4 days at the apartment and would love to go back.

It had a particularly good setting really close to Public Transport, a railway line and Conwy Castle. I really enjoyed the host who runs the place. Everything was perfect and I got ironing for free...

We had a fantastic stay at a spacious and comfortable property with a beautiful view. the host, Cai, was very accommodating and even offered to bring us food from his bistro below. He even left us a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift. the property had a lovely terrace for us to relax on and enjoy the view.
All of this at a great location and for a low price. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all 😊.

The food for breakfast could have been better, maybe a wider selection.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the warm and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. Despite the bad weather, we were able to enjoy the beautiful view from our room. The bottle of wine provided as a welcome gift was a pleasant surprise after our long journey. the kitchen in the hotel had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions such as Llandudno and Conwy Castle.
One aspect that could be improved upon is the steep staircase leading to the bedrooms, which may pose a challenge to guests with limited mobility. Another downside was the delayed response from the hotel staff when we experienced a power outage.
